La Suvera lies on the edge of the Montagnola woods and overlooks a beautiful and typical Tuscan landscape made of hills, vineyards and olive groves.
The village around La Suvera castle has slowly grown throughout the centuries and became a Renaissance villa. Today the villa is flanked by the restored 24-guest rooms Farmhouse and Stables, its own church, is surrounded by Italian gardens and various hectares of vineyards and woods.
Transformed from a private residence into a charming hotel whose soul is made up of history and culture, La Suvera combines unique antique furniture with all the modern refined comforts. It has been styled with great care and attention to detail promises a true aesthetic experience. The 36 rooms and suites are all furnished with epoch furniture and paintings from the family’s collection, conjuring up characters and the past.
The museum on the first floor of the Papal Villa, with its historic rooms, the archive, the library and the frescoed lodges that overlook the gardens and valley, is always open to welcome guests at the Relais. It is open to those who are interested in lingering and looking at the collections, or who might simply want to read a book or play the piano.
The Oliviera restaurant is very popular with guests. It serves traditional Tuscan and Italian cuisine, prepared with the finest ingredients and inspired by ancient recipes.

Travel Information
After arriving into Pisa with BA, we will have you met and transferred privately or you can hire a car. The drive is an hour and 40 minutes, mostly on motorway, except for the last stunnng few miles of Tuscan countryside,
