We just wanted to say what an absolutely fabulous holiday we had in Thailand. Some friends were sceptical that we'd booked with a boutique company like Feel Good but I have no hesitation in telling them, and others, that they should use you ! The Napasai was wonderfu, in a great setting as you said it would be. Lots of nice hotels in the area, but the location of Napasai beat all the others hands down. The camp at Elephant Hills was great fun and definitely something different for 3-4 days and great for the kids. Finally, although we only had one night there, the Renaissance in Phuket was amazing and we could have stayed there a lot longer. The food was particullarly brilliant. Thank you for organising this wonderful trip and making it run like clockwork. We will be back for more !

We are back safely from our holiday to Bali and wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed it.  It was a fabulous trip and exceeded our expectations.  We were so impressed with the service you provided us and the attention to detail. Spa Village had an absolutely beautiful setting, lovely staff and fun activities along with the spa treatments everyday which were a real treat. 

Chedi Club also had a Fabulous setting, amazing pool villa (thanks for the upgrade!) and again amazing staff. Apart from not offering a wider range of affordable wines  we have nothing but praise for how this hotel was run.

So, great recommendations.  Thank you.  We have some great memories.  We will definitely be back to you for our next trip !

Mark & Diana David, UK/ Australia (June 2009) – “I must say our 1 night in Tokino Shizuku Ryokan was absolutely a must and we were quite lucky to have found one of the young ladies who spoke a few words of English so she was our very own for the entire evening meaning that every single course and what we were eating was explained to us. We started dinner at 6pm and finished at 10.30pm. The attention to detail for each course was magnificent right down to the chopstick holder changing for each course. The food I do not need to tell you was to die for and when your sashimi arrives on a bed of ice with a flowering mini tree in the centre you know you are in heaven.

The accommodation was unbelievable and a nice balance of traditional Japanese and modern. Being able to have breakfast in our room overlooking the garden was magical.
