Location

Situated just over a km from Ubud centre this resort has the perfect location, close enough to enjoy the art and culture of Ubud and it’s cafe’s and restaurants, but secluded and quiet down a long winding driveway that really makes you feel you are actually miles from anywhere.

Rooms

There are various room types ranging from the standard rooms in the main building to a range of villas with gardens and pools. They are all very well furnished as you would expect from a resort of this category but the villas are somewhat more remarkable for their innovative furniture that is almost entirely made from reclaimed wood. Many of the 4-poster bed uprights are made from old plough handles, wagon wheel rims housing circular mirrors and there are many other rustic and unique touches.

Spa

Arguably the best spa in the area. You expect excellent therapists when you come to Bali and here is no exception but the position this spa has right by the river and the standard of the rooms make it extra special. Choose from a wide range of treatments and double and single rooms.

The nearby River Cafe serves healthy cuisine for those wanting to carry on in that vain. There is also a pool at this level so you can camp out down here by the river all day. It's absolutely gorgeous.

All set in lush gardens overlooking paddy fields and the river below, the resort clinging to the high river banks at some points giving some rooms really spectacular views.

Room amenities include: Air conditioning, private bath + shower, Satellite TV, IDD Phone, safe, fridge and mini-bar, tea and coffee making facility, hairdryer.

48 Superior and Deluxe rooms

The rooms in the east wing face either up or down the petanu river valley, rooms in the west wing look out over the rice terraces of peliatan.

All rooms have en suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower over the tub, air conditioning, satellite television, international direct dial telephone, refrigerator / mini bar, electronic in-room safe, tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer and balcony.

Rooms are forty-three (43) square meters in size, including entrance hall, bathroom and balcony.

Each room has either one king size bed ( 200x200 cm ) or two separate single beds ( 100x200 cm ). All rooms can accommodate a third person on the day bed/sofa. Only three (3) persons per room, however, a baby cot may added if required.

23 Superior/ Deluxe Garden Villas

The villas to the east face into the petanu river valley, while those on the west face the rice terraces of peliatan.

All villas have en suite bathrooms with bath tub and shower over the tub, air conditioning, satellite television, international direct dial telephone, refrigerator / mini bar, electronic in - room safe, tea / coffee making facilities hairdryer and terrace.

All villas are fifty (50) square meters in size including terrace.

Rooms are furnished with a canopied bed with netting drapes. They have either one king size mattress (220 x 200 cm) or two single mattresses (100 x 200 cm) on the same bed base set 25 cm apart. an extra bed can be added to accommodate a third person after the sofa has been removed. only three (3) persons per room
however, a baby cot may be added if required.

34 Deluxe Pool Villas

The two duplex pool villas face to the east overlooking the petanu river valley.

The entrance to the villa is on level 2 this living area is furnished with an antique canopied day bed, writing table television, mini bar, and easy chairs. on the balcony is the dining area and deck chairs.

Downstairs on level 1 is the master bedroom, en suite bathroom, with separate shower and toilet cubicles. the jacuzzi bathtub is outdoors at the end of the swimming pool terrace. all other standard facilities are included.

The duplex pool is one hundred and sixty five (165) square meters on level 1, including pool and terrace and sixty five (65) square meters on level 2 including balcony

The villa is furnished with one king size canopy bed.

Presidential Suite

The petanu presidential villa overhangs the river valley with spectacular views of the valley and beyond.

The large open living / dining pavilion sits above the fifteen meter lap pool. the master bedroom with large draped canopied bed, has an en suite bathroom with separate toilet and shower cubicles and large jacuzzi bathtub. the room is air conditioned and equipped with satellite television, international direct dial telephone, mini bar, electronic safe, hair dryer and tea / coffee making facilities. to the southern end of the pool deck is the guest villa complete with private facilities.

The area occupied by the suite is three hundred and sixty (360) square meters.

The presidential villa is furnished with a large draped canopied bed in the master bedroom and guest villa. these can be provided with a king size mattress (220 x 200) or two single mattresses (100 x 200) on the same bed base set 25 cm apart.
