Dining
There are 2 restaurants here; Di Atas Sungei, a unique place where there is no menu just share your personal tastes and let the Menu Masters guide you. These experts in local cuisine will help you craft your own menu for a distinctive dining experience. The other restaurant is Nelayan, close to the beach and the Spa Village, where seafood is a speciality. A variety of Asian and Western light meals are served for lunch and Western cuisine at dinner. If you’re feeling slightly indulgent, opt for dinner on the beach, a five-course set meal set amidst golden sands and glowing hurricane lanterns.
If you do feel like exploring during your stay, other diversions apart from the traditional spa therapies at Spa Village and the beach include: cooking classes, a visit to the Dungun morning or night market, an eco-cruise, jungle trekking, cycling tours to local villages, turtle watching (seasonal), walks to the highest waterfall in the region or golf at one of the three nearby golf courses. For those divers amongst you, or those interested in snorkelling, the sites around Tenggol Island are said to be fantastic and this excursion, rife with marine life, is not to be missed (available March to end October). PADI certification courses are also available.
SPA
The award-winning Spa Village is set in a beautiful complex of gardens away from the busier areas of the resort. Treatments here are inspired by traditional Malay healing therapies passed down over generations. It has a unique layout of 7 magnificent treatment pavilions which are very private and huge in size.
