Massage & Yoga
Antonia Pilbrow runs her own yoga centre here in Seville and also organises retreats throughout Andalucia and England. Before coming to Spain she spent a number of years living in India where she studied many aspects of yoga including asana, pranayama and meditation. She is also a qualified masseuse with over ten years experience in Swedish massage, advanced massage, remedial techniques, Reiki and Ayurveda massage.
Antonia offers a variety of massages aimed to rejuvenate and relax, helping to calm the body and mind, stimulate circulation, relax muscles and energise you. Why not choose one of the following:
Aromatherapy massage - 1 hour
Aromatherapy luxury massage – 1,5 hours
Reiki – 1 hour
Reiki combined with deep tissue massage - 1,5 hours
A private yoga session with Antonia ensures that you are gently guided in the right direction for your personal needs, working towards goals suited to your body and temperament and aiming to maximise your own personal growth. Antonia will work with each individual discovering what he or she needs, whether it is a sense of peace, strength, balance, stillness of the mind, flexibility, deeper insights of self or improved co-ordination.

Touring & Exploring
Aside to the city sights, walks and restaurants, take a specialist guided tour of artesannes responsible for creating the garments worn by bullfighters, flamenco artists and Sevillanos during their festivals and cultural events.
Otherwise, a Flamenco show in the evening is a must and there is one of the best small shows jsut around the corner.
Further afield, take a sherry tasting tour in one of the many bodegas around Seville. There are 2 we specifically recommend.
Map of Seville, Spain
You can fly directly into Seville on Esy Jet from Gatwick or via Madrid from Heathrow on BA. If you are combing this trip with the Hacienda de San Rafael, and live north of London, we recommend using the Ryan Air flight into Jerez, which is only 25 minutes from the Hacienda.
