Anyone considering horse riding in the Algarve will not find a better place than Pinetrees Riding Centre, ideally situated in the Golden Triangle, between Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil, and only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport.
Bev provides all the riding equipment you will require including hats, jodpurs, chaps, boots and extra jumpers!
The Centre offers riding out in the pinewoods, beside the salt flats and the beach area in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve or through the orange groves of the Ludo Valley.
Opportunities to spot local wildlife are greatly improved from the saddle. Bev and her team will point out local birds and animals as well as identifying scented plants and herbs.
Children are well catered for with lovely ponies suitable for rides and nature walks through the pinewoods adjacent to the centre. Alternatively why not encourage them to spend the day with Bev and make friends with other children at Pony Club, giving you the chance to relax knowing they are having a great time!
Steaming hot mugs of coffee and biscuits are available after each ride, sitting in front of the yard in the sunshine with the dogs milling around.
One of our team, Lydia, has ridden out from Pinetrees a number of times and can provide further details. She highly recommends this centre and guarantees that you and your children will have a wonderful time!
